Friday Islay Picture #104 - Waves at Saligo Bay
That's a busy short long week over. Felt like I crammed five days of work into the four working days. Anyway, no it's the weekend, time to relax and get out a bit. Not to forget hopefully a bit more Islay blogging and other website work. With that to this week's Friday Islay picture. After a week of atrocious weather on Islay with lots of rain and strong winds I picked a picture of waves in Saligo Bay:
This picture wasn't taken this week, the picture is from mid April, a wonderful evening at Saligo Bay. A nice swell coming in together with a high tide. The Waves and Wet Rocks in Saligo Bay, Isle of Islay picture from the photoblog last week was taken the same evening. That's also where a larger version of the above picture will go tomorrow morning, as usual I will post a more than twice as big version on the Islay Pictures photoblog on Saturday morning.

Some impressive waves from this week posted by new YouTube user islaywildlife. There are more videos on his/her account, certainly worth watching.
