More Kitesurfing on Islay Videos
If I had the time, I think kitesurfing could be a hobby I'd be interested in. Unfortunately I don't have the time, so I just enjoy watching other people doing it, preferably on Islay. To start with I'll take you Loch Indaal on a sunny day over Easter 2010, to the beach at Blackrock to be precise:
The second video is not strictly speaking a kitesurfing video, as the surfing is missing and we just get to see the kite. I'm not sure if this is actually a kitesurfing kite, but it looks like one to me. Anyway, it looks great, and it's on the beach at Machir Bay:
I hope you enjoyed the videos as much as I did. I will certainly look out for more and post them as I find them. With a bit of luck I can even spot some kitesurfers during one of my Islay visits and can film them myself. Fingers crossed.
