Belated Islay Hotel April 2010 Panorama
This should have been up weeks ago soon after my return from my latest Islay visit, but for some reason I didn't get round to it until now. Anyway, I've just added the April 2010 Islay Hotel panorama to my Islay Hotel Port Ellen Panoramas collection. Here's a rather small preview:
For the real thing go to the Islay Hotel building site Port Ellen, Isle of Islay, April 2010 - 180° Quicktime VR Panorama page. It's a 1.4MB download (and you need to have Apple's Quicktime installed), but I think it's worth it for the better view.
It almost looked complete (at least from the outside) when I took this panorama on wonderful April evening on Islay. When I return to Islay in a week I hope it will look pretty much finished. Of course there will be another panorama then, but probably not until the very end of June or even early July.
