Historic Islay video, Bruichladdich Fireworks
If I'm not entirely mistaken the Red Car on Islay was the first Islay video from kilnave I linked to. Since then there have been a few more nice Islay videos, the latest was uploaded just yesterday even though it was recorded in 2001. To watch it I suggest to pour yourself a wee dram of Bruichladdich Islay single malt, mine is a PC8:
The fireworks were in celebration of the Bruichladdich distillery reopening on 29/May/2001. This is now 9 years ago, feels like yesterday yet at the same time long ago. 4 years before YouTube was launched, I don't think he expected to be able to share this film (for I believe that's what it should be called) with the world back then …
