Friday Islay Picture #232 - Dreich Day at Currie Sands
Nothing to do with Islay, but I've been listening to The Raveonettes most of this evening. Just great music. But this is not a music blog (unless it's Islay related music), so I'm going to turn to the Islay picture at least regular readers will be expecting this evening:
This was on a dreich afternoon on Islay more than a decade ago (well, days like that happen now as well). The view is from the Currie Sands towards the Rinns of Islay lighthouse on Orsay. Luckily it started to clear up the next day and two days later I had brilliant sunshine.
As usual I'll post a larger version of the picture on the Islay Pictures photoblog on Saturday morning. Not that you'll see an awful lot more on it. Now it's time for a wee dram. Have a great weekend!
