Making Islay Whisky at Bruichladdich Distillery Video

Islay Whisky News & Links in stencil

Some of you will be watching the Football Champions League final this evening, others might have better things to do, like watching a nice long video of how whisky is made on Islay. Most of it was filmed at Bruichladdich distillery, although at least one distillery (I think Laphroaig) had to help out for one scene. I hope you'll find the almost 17 minutes interesting and entertaining:

The film is by Radim Letovsky, who I believe is from the Czech Republic and studying Film and Photography in Edinburgh. He's done producing, directing, cinematography and editing on the film, his 4th.

I hope you've enjoyed Radim's film, which is probably much more exciting than the Champions League final. As of writing this it is still scoreless after an hour of play…
