Friday Islay Picture #280 - Rocks and Waves at Saligo Bay
Time to get back into the Islay blogging habit, I think. After Monday's Back From a Great Islay Walking Week post I must admit I slacked a bit, even though there were a few things I should have blogged about. Still, at least I posted a few pictures on the Islay Pictures photoblog. Now back to action here, as it is Friday of course with another Friday Islay picture, another picture from last week:
This was Saligo Bay on Tuesday last week, a rather windy day on Islay. Waves were rolling in with the strong westerly winds, looking great under the big blue skies. The waves were washing over the rocky outcrops on the beach, leaving behind wet rocks glistening in the bright sun.
