Off to Islay again
Not long now until I leave for this year's Islay summer (stop sniggering there in the back!) holiday. Sorry it's been quiet here the last few days again and I don't really have anything new this evening, the workload and long hours in the day job unfortunately didn't leave me any time for blogging or preparing anything new. So instead I'm going to recycle (hey, they repeat things on the telly as well I'm told) my latest Islay video:

Of course I'm hoping to film more videos like this, but then I need some calm weather and ideally sunshine for that. Let's see what happens. Apart from that I'm aiming for the usual, beaches, walking, distillery visits, meeting old and new friends, wildlife, relaxing in front of the open fire, that kind of stuff. As mentioned before my sister will join me for a week as well, looking forward to seeing her again and revisit places she's already seen as well as showing her a few new ones.
As usual this blog will stay quiet while I'm away, most likely also the Islay Pictures photoblog. However, I hope to be posting on my Tumblr site IslayBlog on Tumblr as I did in April. Also don't forget to follow my @islayblog Twitter account. Bye for now.
