Cooking on Bowmore beach, Islay
It's not what I'm eating tonight and for most of you (unless you're a couple of hours behind the UK, e.g. in America) it's probably too late to cook this dish tonight. But may be an inspiration for another time? Last night Helen Westwood got in touch on Twitter and alerted me about an Islay whisky and foraged seaweed dish she had just prepared on location:

Cooking and dining out on the beach certainly sounds good to me. Hopefully they didn't have to share their meal with too many midges!
