24 Hours on Islay Video
Some visitors to Islay only have very little time for their visit, so they have to see Islay in 24 hours or less. Dave and Nancy Bowen from the United States seem to have visited Scotland fairly recently, at least the videos they made were only uploaded a week ago. One of the videos is this whirlwind tour around Islay:
Nancy narrates their ferry crossing to Islay followed by a drive around Islay, taking in the distilleries on the south coast, Kildalton, Bowmore, the Rhinns out to Portnahaven and Port Ellen. But I think the most important sentence is towards the end:
We had a great time, next time we need more than 24 hours on Islay!
I don't think there's much to add. Apart from ‘Haste ye back!’
