British Ultra Video (Jura Stages)
After the break due to Sunday's Islay Blogging Roundup #65 and then plugging my own Islay video of the Caol Ila roundabout it's now time to return to Jamsie's videos of the British Ultra competition. In the last video, British Ultra Video #2 (Islay to Jura), we saw the first stage across Islay. In parts 3 and 4 we can watch the first two stages on Jura:
Unfortunately The British Ultra - Part 3 has lost its sound, I believe due to YouTube's new music copyright policy. You get to see the first morning on Jura with a look back to Islay before the first stage begins. Then the Paps of Jura and Loch Tarbert. Watch it until the end or you'll miss a fabulous sunset. Part 4 starts rather windy:
Jamsie was a competitor in the race (watch out for #3) and did all the video himself while getting most of the stills from the official race photographer. Quite impressive to be able to film while being on such a tough race! Thanks for sharing the videos, Jamsie.
