Islay Hotel Less Scaffolding
Time for a few Islay Hotel in Port Ellen pictures. If I'm not mistaken the last entry was about the Islay Hotel extension being under way in August. I had also hoped to do the counterpart to the Islay Hotel in June Panorama from the back of the hotel, but either I didn't take the pictures I thought I had taken or I managed to lose them somehow. Anyway, back to some new pictures I received yesterday, the Islay Hotel without the scaffolding:
After having been hidden behind the scaffolding for so long I'm sure this is a welcome view to many people. Here's another view from the other side, just around the corner:
