Three Islay Links for this Thursday

Islay Links in stencil

Running far too late again for my liking after yet another long day in the office and then trying to catch up on a few other things. Still, you deserve an Islay blog entry this evening and I think it's time to write one of those entries again blogging originally started with. Links to things I found on the web, three Islay related links this evening:

Those who follow me on Google+ or Twitter will have seen it already, for those who don't (and those who missed it) here it is again: BBC News - Rare Sei whale spotted in Scottish waters. The Scottish waters are the waters between Islay and Gigha to be precise.

I think the page might be slightly outdated, I also can't remember how I came across it, but Jeremy James has been working on some nice Islay Linocuts. Unfortunately I don't have anywhere to hang them, otherwise I'd contact him if he still has any for sale.

While I knew of the Port Ellen Harbour Association having a website with the Port Ellen Marina - Isle of Islay page I don't think I've come across the Bowmore equivalent until today for some reason: Bowmore Harbour Association, Isle of Islay.

That's all for today, I'm off to bed, good night!
