Completed: Evening at Kilchoman, Islay

Picture of a field with two walkers returning in the later afternoon light

As promised earlier today I've just completed the associated page to the view from Kilchoman over Loch Gorm panorama. It won't come as a surprise that the page is called Evening at Kilchoman, Islay, my latest addition to the Scotland Summer 2006 travelogue. It doesn't fully reflect the light and mood of the evening, I hope it gives at least an impression though.

On Sunday I'll start looking at the pictures and page(s) for the next day. Quite a few places I took pictures of: Port Charlotte, Kilchiaran Bay with the disused quarry and Portnahaven. That will probably take me a while to get through, I'll post updates here as and when there is progress.

For now today's work is done, time to relax with a nice wee dram of Laphroaig Quarter Cask while listening to The Fratellis (no, the latter don't have any connection to Islay, at least none I know of).
